Weather is a subject very close to Peter Norvill's heart – not only because he is a farmer and grazier but also because his life as a pilot often depended on his knowledge and interpretation of wind and weather patterns.

Peter has developed a highly-refined intuition in relation to the weather, ably assisted by charts, maps and reports available on the Bureau of Meteorology website ( www.bom.gov.au )

As a sheep and cattle grazier, Peter's expertise as a weather man is useful in determining when to shear, when lambing should take place, etc.

He conducts his own live-to-air weather show ten times a week for a commercial radio station. After all, he has a GREAT face for RADIO!
